RETURN POLICY

  1. There are no refunds on custom clothing; every effort will be made to obtain the desired fit.
  2. Refunds on ready-made clothing will be given within 15 days of purchase date; after that, a store credit will be issued.
  3. Exchanges of any kind on ready-made clothing must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

ALTERATION POLICY

  1. Alterations are free at the time of purchase on full price off-the-rack clothing.
  2. There will be a $20 an hour charge on any item that is on sale.
  3. Custom clothing will be altered free at the first fitting.
  4. There will be a $20 an hour charge on any alterations needing to be done after the first fitting is deemed acceptable.

SALES TERMS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

  1. One half of the total of the custom purchase is due at the time of the sale.
  2. The remaining one half is due upon completion of the purchase.
  3. The final payment will be taken when the purchase is shipped.
  4. The estimated time of completion is six weeks, but there is no guarantee.
  5. Custom shirts and custom derbies may take up to eight weeks.

TRADE-IN POLICY

  1. The trade-in policy applies only to custom apparel.
  2. First year: 1/2 the cost of the trade-in suit will go towards the new ensemble.
  3. Second year: 1/3 the cost of the trade-in suit will go towards the new ensemble.
  4. Third year: 1/4 the cost of the trade-in suit will go towards the new ensemble.
  5. The above policy applies to suits that are in good condition.
  6. The trade-in value will be determined according to the damage on the suit.

CONSIGNMENT POLICY

  1. The sale value of the suit will be determined by the customer. We will take a 20 percent selling fee from the determined price at the time of the sale.
